You should start each morning with a full glass of water before eating breakfast.

Try your best to stay hydrated throughout the day.

Some people can’t distinguish between hunger and thirst, and since water contains no calories, try that first!

Plus, being hydrated is very important for many processes in our bodies.

Foods with high water content such as soups, salads, cucumbers, and watermelon will help you feel more satisfied without consuming too many calories.

Focus on the better you, add and do more exercise on a daily basis, and be patient!
