Is this possible?

Can I really burn 1,000 calories from just one workout?

Yes you can!

It’s all possible all while doing a singe workout.

I have to warn you something about this kind of workout though.

This workout is not for the faint at heart!

This is one tough workout that is going to take all you’ve got.

So are you ready?

Alright, before you begin this workout, let’s talk about a couple of things:

1) Make you bring lots of water to this workout because it’s a long one and you’re going to have to stay hydrated all throughout the workout.

2) This is a long workout. Probably going to take you more than an hour to complete it. Pace yourself and if you can’t complete it the first time around, no need to worry. Progress from there!

3) If something hurts or a part of your body doesn’t agree with the movement, then stop! No need to put yourself at risk. Modify the movement or exercise and only perform what’s best for you.

4) Alright, grab a timer or your smartphone and let’s go!

Remember, you want to perform this workout in intervals of 30 seconds and 15 seconds.

The 30 seconds, you’re performing as many reps of the exercise as you can.

After the 30 seconds have expired, you’re moving onto the 15 seconds of rest.

Here you can stop, cool down, or grab a drink.

As soon as the rest period of 15 seconds is over, then continue from where you left off.

Warning: Do not forget to keep track either mentally or by writing down the exact number of the repetition of exercise.

So say for example, the first 30 seconds of work, you did an exact total of 25 jumping jacks.

Keep this number is mind while you wait out the rest period.

Once that’s over, you will want to begin from 25 and up and keep counting all the way up to 100 repetitions.

Once 100 jumping jacks are completed, you begin the following exercise.

Always remember the total rep count and the rest/work intervals.

And you have to complete a total of 3 sets of these.

Good luck!
