Smokey Meatloaf – Low Carb Recipe

Nothing says “comfort food” quite like meatloaf.

Every home cook has their own variation of it.

Some have cheese in the center, others incorporate veggies like carrots or zucchini.

Sometimes you just want to toss a handful of ingredients together and make something delicious.

This recipe is so easy to make and it’s packed with awesome flavor!

Ingredients:

 1 lb – ground beef 
 1 cup – crushed barbecue pork rinds, crushed 
 2 – eggs 
 3 Tbsp – minced dried onion 
 1 Tbsp – Worcestershire sauce 
 1 Tsp – liquid smoke 

Directions:

1) Preheat oven 350F.

2) Mix all ingredients along with salt and pepper to taste.

3) Form into a loaf and place in a baking dish.

4) Bake 1 hour.

Servings: 3

Carbs Per Serving: 2
